I was the first "outside" director and currently chair the compensation committee. 1998-2001 WLR Foods Broadway, VA WLR Foods was a publicly traded company and the sixth largest poultry producer in the U.S. I was the first outside director and helped the company in transitioning its board from an internal, operations focus to an external, strategic focus.
